Like so many other businesses, AKCstyle has used this past year to re-focus and evolve. 

During this process, I’ve been re-evaluating our services and I am excited to share the results with you.

In college, I learned how my passions for fashion, styling, and photography could intersect with one another. 

Luckily for me, I was able to reignite my old passions in the spring of 2020.  Having an endless amount of time on my hands, I dusted off my camera and started shooting again. 

For Spring 2021, AKCstyle will be providing photography and styling for social media along with our personal styling services!

You may be thinking to yourself, “Ashleigh I’m not a model”, or “What does photography for social media even mean?”.  

Well, if those questions come to mind, here’s my answer to you. 

The photo sessions you see on our IG profile, and on the blog, are done with clients who have little to no experience modeling or being photographed by a professional. 

Believe it or not, it’s the truth!  With a little bit of direction from me and trust in their own abilities, the photos from these sessions come out truly stunning.

Photography and styling for social media is not only about taking killer photos you can use to batch for your Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest content. 

It’s also a service you can use to give your social media posts a polished and more unified look. Let’s not forget the most important reason to have a photo shoot…, TO HAVE FUN!

Currently, AKCstyle is shooting all sessions in outdoor locations.  Health and safety is my number one priority, so every precaution necessary is taken to help keep us safe during these sessions.
